Recipe of Immune Mixture Booster

By the spring season, people's immunity is often weakened, and without additional protective measures, you can easily get sick. Many prefer pharmaceutical preparations, but they are not natural and in some cases are ineffective.




To strengthen the body, use natural defenses!


You can prepare a special mixture for immunity, which heals the body, helping with many diseases.


To create a healing mixture, you will need:

· 200 grams of raisins;

· 200 grams of dried apricots;

· 200 grams of prunes;

· 200 grams of nuts (You can us walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds, or mixture);

· 1 lemon;

· One cup of honey.


Make sure you buy dried fruits which are sulfite free! You can also remove sulfites from fruit by soaking the fruit in water with baking soda for an hour or so.


1. Wash dry fruits with a hot water. Dry them with a paper towel.

2. Wash nuts with a running water and dry them in the oven or put them to dry in a frying pan.

3. Dip lemon in boiling water for a couple of minutes and set aside to cool. Cut lemon into slices. The seeds must be removed.

4. Then ground all ingredients in a blender, add honey and mix everything together.

This should be stored in a closed glass container in the refrigerator.

Take one tablespoon three times a day before meals.

This mixture is very useful for both men and women with reduced immunity, fatigue, anemia, drowsiness, general malaise, insomnia, brittle nails, peeling skin, hair loss, problems with the intestines, stomach and many other diseases.
